The workshop was designed to help team members use the 5 Dysfunctions model to function more effectively so their teams can achieve their full potential. This dynamic workshop provided practical information and strategies that the participants can put to use immediately and apply on an ongoing basis.
The workshop was also combined with outdoor team building activities that reiterated the key concepts of the program which involved each of the five key fundamentals:
